Madara directly related to sasuke and itachi??

Can this be a possibility because all three of them have MS that awakened susanoo, as where obito is distantly related awakening kamui. It sounds dumb but what the heck lol

I theorized the same thing. Considering Tobi said that awakening Susannoo is a rarity; out of the few uchihas to awaken MS im guessing only Madara and Izuna possibly unlocked it, and the only one's known to have it are Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara. It makes sense for Madara to be Fugaku's grandfather and Itachi and Sasuke's Great grandfather because if you think about it and read the manga, Itachi was supposed to succeed his father Fugaku as leader of the Uchiha clan it would seem that the Uchiha clan's leadership is passed down within a single household.

Its not only the ms, compare Obitos ms and Madaras, theyre completely different. Comparing Madaras, Itachis and Sasukes ms shows how similar they actually are. (Itachi and Madara hacing Tsukuyomi, they go blind if they spam ms, ...)
However we only know about 3 different ms eyes, so its hard to tell, it could be just be random. However its possible i guess
