I hope it's either water or earth. Water and wind are like the two opposites to Sasuke's fire and lightning. I somewhat theorize that there may be one more arc after the shinobi war, focusing on Sasuke and Orochimaru.

Maybe he'll learn it there if that ever happens. Or he might already know it. I doubt while training to become a sage that all he learned was sage mode. He should most likely have some sage techs up his sleeve.

1- yes, i've always imagined him as being able to use water type jutsu as well

2-sadly, naruto is almost over and theres no way he's going to learn water type justu during this series
