SIG please: Menma Uzumaki

I was wondering if anybody could explain how to make this image into a SIG, or if somebody could do it for me. I'd much rather somebody show me how, but I can give positive rep if you o it for me, I don't really like asking for something. It's not that I'm to lazy to do it, but I e tried, and tried and jut can't do it, every SIG I try to make wont work.

Now you can see the pics, but the middle one isn't very good. They are all sig size (except for the middle one)
