Also his wrist covers are just part of the assemble and are probably used to protect his veins in his wrists from attacks I presume. Nobody in the serie cuts him/herself.

Shisui has dark hair, spiky hairstyle, wheres grim clothes(high collar shirt?), has red eyes and has a stern and vain look(see my avatar). According to my definition, he is an emo
