i am going with Rock Lee because..he can use the Gates

Lee! Any day! I mean, didn't Gai-sensei say that the chakra gates is the answer to Neji's gentle fist? And beside, just visualize this: Neji tries to use the 64 palms/128 palms but Rock Lee unleashes his 4th, 5th (OR EVEN 6TH) gate and b*tchslapps Neji back to Japan! (lolz). The only thing that Neji has that can save him is the 8 gates chakra sealing attack. But even then, I don't think that Byakugan boy can strike Lee with even one finger....unless he can strike at the speed of sound then FAT CHANCE Lol

Neji definetely. He can see lee's movement quite well, plus the trigram stuff also has some speed + it takes only one attack to defeat opponent, and also neji had that superb defense. I like Lee more, but Neji's stronger.
Well, as much as I would like to agree--I'm gonna have to disagree.
Neji can't STRIKE what he cannot SEE. Lee's weights make him unseen to the naked eye (and proves to be a big pain for the Sharingan). Without weights, Lee would tired out Neji by a long-shot but Neji has his rotationa and chakra-palms shield. After that, Lee can unlock his gates and hand Neji's @$$ back to him in a wrapped up sack. Like Gai-sensei said, power and speed, the lotus is the answer to Neji's power. The only thing that can save Neji is the 8 Chakra Gate sealing attack. But, like i've said, he cannot strike faster than the speed of sound

If we are talking about taijutsu we are talking about Gai and Lee.
Overall Nenji is stronger, but he is no match to Lee in taijutsu if he gets rid of the weights he has on him all the time.
Plus remember Gaara Vs Lee? Lee's speed broke the sand's auto-defense of Gaara. Nenji does not have that speed in taijutsu. And for him to make his tigram the opponent needs to be shocked and somewhat still, Lee would manage to dodge even that speed.
