Tsunade is going to be fighting around 300 enemies, and she can't even allow herself to get scratched. With her fighting style mainly revolving around plain Taijutsu, this is pretty much impossible, even with Katuyu. Even if they both have powerful healing abilities, they can be poisoned.

Each of them have their style.

I'm just saying that if Tsunade can't handle the 298 puppets technique, she's not going to beat Sasori, simple as that. You could say that Tsunade could get a hit off on him if they clash without him using the puppets, but then you might as well say that for example Someone>Itachi, just because Itachi won't start out with MS techs.

Also, how can you be so sure of Sasori's fighting style when we've only seen him battle once with his puppets ? :|

I honestly don't see her getting through 298 enemies at once, without getting scratched. The Iron Sand of the Kazekage alone would be a huge problem for her.

And if for Sakura didn't pose a problem, imagine Tsunade.

But Sakura had Chiyo's 10 elite puppets fighting with her, otherwise, I don't think she'd have survived it.

Of course she had the puppets, but Tsunade's advantage is other here
