Iam a tusande fan but shell lose. Mei boil realse will limit tsunade taijustu. The only thing she will have Is katsuyu and that can be melted by lava plus. Her huge sution combine with acid mist will be to devastating attack to tsunade
Tsunade wins, why?
1. because Mei hasn't shown proficiency in taijutsu
2. Tsunade healed from Madara's Katon
3. Tsunade's chakra reserves are greater than Mei's
4. Tsunade's reflexes are better than Mei's.
5. Katsuyu's acid is greater than Mei's
6. Katsuyu didn't even flinch from Kyuubi's chakra
7. Byakougou
8. Tsunade could kill Mei with one move, hell she could even be sadistic and make it so Mei can't move while she slowly kills Mei.

Acid mist is doesn't work that fast, from what we've seen. In the time it takes to for Byakugou to wear not only will the distance be closed, but Mei will be forced to engage in Taijutsu. At which point she'd die.

I meant the rate at which the mist eats the skin is not fast enough to Kill Tsunade. Furthermore, because Tsunade has better reflexes she could potentially avoid Mei's Suitons and without a doubt her Lava

Proof? We don't know about that. Mei has a kekkei genkei(even 2KG) after all, and people with Kekkei genkei usually have large chakra reserves
I'm not sure about this either especially since we've seen that Tsunade was the only kage who got stabbed multiple times by Susanoo swords

Do you realise that Kages didn't needed to move? Mei is the one who was suppose to act as a support against Madara katons attacks. They simply didn't needed to move themselves if Mei was there. Tsunade on the other side was in her Byakuyou mode, so it's easy for her to take some risks to counter attacks. Didn't you notice that when she did that, the others were not surprised at all? It doesn't mean that Tsunade's reflexes are above the others in gokage at all. Showing pics like that prove nothing. I, myself can show you pics where Mei had greater reaction than Tsunade if you really want to believe it this way. Like here:

Mei is kage level so i will not underrate her, but as tazilla88 said, mei has no chance of winning against a sannin who is very experienced. and mei cant do anything to tsunade that will kill her because of her byakgou, and her chakra levels are indeed higher than mei's so mei will be tired out, tsunade is half senju and half uzumaki meaning that she has a strong body, and a extremely large chakra pool. as shown when she did the most with chakra in the kages battle

Um by your logic, Tsunade didn't need to move to stop the katon, except she realized that Mei couldn't come through in that scenario and thus reacted
Secondly, as you can see from Tsunade's hand being on her hip, she was in no way concerned by Madara's approaching Katon which signifies, either she expected Mei to do her job, or she was intending to take that Katon like a baws.
And acid burns humans, that's how it operates which is why Sasuke's face didn't melt off. It burns similar to fire, but not quite the same.
