If Sasuke's eyes had potential...

Orochimaru and other people have said that Sasuke's eyes had the potential to surpass even Itachi....

But now that Sasuke had Tobi/Obito transplant Itachi's eyes, does that mean his potential actually got lower than if he trained his Ms eyes longer?

Like, if he waited until after the war, would his eyes be stronger?

I don't think so because by his brother having more susanoo weapons it helps him but that's the only thing itachi can do for sasuke, itachi isn't all that to me because he's been trained by shisui and etc. sasuke learned with kakashi a non uchiha so he basicly learned how to use sharagan himself

Wasn't Itachi going blind as well? Is there a reason a transplanted sharingan would act differently? It kind of seems to even when you look at Kakashi's.
