Those characters you listed are all above him by at least a tier, even with the lack of feats there's character portrayal and Sasuke isnt on that ridiculous mountain buster level yet. It's the pattern that's been going on for a while. Sasuke has Kirin, Naruto gets rasenshuriken. Naruto sm ans Sasuke ms. Nauto chakra mode and Sasuke ems. Naruto bm ans Sasuke ???.

Exactly my point. Once the story switches back over to Sasuke, we will witness why the Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan is the "true power" Itachi spoke of, why Kishimoto chose to keep Madara's ocluar powers secret. Sasuke's repertoire will be his doujutsu and "that," which I suppose is a passive Sage Mode of some sort given the mentioning that augments his eye powers.​
