Yeah, when he saw Madara using it for the first time that's when he gained knowledge. Look at it from this way, if Sasuke fought Naruto even before Madara came into the picture. Naruto would of lost that's what i believe anyways. Current Naruto outranks Sasuke.

What can stop him from doing it again. From what i saw, KM Naruto is nothing special but just a few enhanced rasengans, mini rasenshuriken, speed, strength, and a bit of healing properties. I saw Bee down for a few seconds enough for Amaterasu or a arrows to end it. Naruto didn't dodge Itachi's Amaterasu, he won't dodge Sasuke's.

Sasuke's eyes can't lose their light with EMS but he doesn't have unlimited Amaterasu, and kurama's & naruto's chakras will outlast Sasuke's by miles.

Yeah, but Kurama was unwilling at that time. If Naruto fought Sasuke especially with the lack of power-up from his KM. He would lose that fight. Naruto has this much chakra thanks to Kurama offering him that much supply because they work together at last.
