The attack utilises all elements. The user uses the jutsu on apart of the body, the mixed chakras collide with each other down to the smallest atom and when forced out destroys cells in an instant. The place of contact (usually skin) becomes unusable and this skill is highly effective when disabling opponents because of the rate of the chakra spread in the body when left on contact this results in destroying the nerve cells and not allowing the limb to move.
