Why didn't the second hokage just release edo tensai in his fight with hiruzen like madara did against the kages? Do you think he could? (I mean didn't make the jutsu?)

he needs to sacrifice a body and prepare beforehand, this jutsu is not like a bloodline limit so it cant be used like that.

Because the control Oro used completely bound him to Oro's will. Oro was controlling every movement.
Kabuto on the other hand, gave Madara free will.
