Actually the Kage are alive....not that Tsunade said she can still save them. Anyways with Kamui he should be Tobirama, and he loosed to Bee and Kakashi (unless you mean connected to Juubi)....Kakashi will use Kamui and Gai just hits where Kamui is used...
