Where in the Manga does it say Totsuka Blade can get throw Susanoo? Totsuka Blade is useless if can't hit Sasuke.

I don't see how Itachi beats Sasuke.

Amaterasu: Sasuke Amaterasu is far superior to Itachi's Amaterasu.

Tsukuyomi: Sasuke broken throw Itachi Tsukuyomi with only 3 tome Sharingan now his Tsukuyomi is a joke to Current Sasuke.

Susanoo: MS Sasuke keep his Susanoo on longer than MS Itachi now that Sasuke has the EMS he can keep up his Susanoo twice longer than his MS version if not more while Itachi keep his Susanoo 8 or 10 minutes.

I don't know what put this idea into some people's heads, but Totsuka does not seal anything it touches, it seals anything that it pierces, if it can't pierce Susanoo it can't seal Sasuke.
