why does kabuto make itachi say that??? kabuto didnt even know about kotoamatsumaki

What's your point? My page shows that he INTENDED it to be for Sasuke. His "let's see what happens" line is probably because he saw it come out of Naruto's mouth and he wondered if it would overwrite Kabuto's seal.

1) He was not in control of the crow, it was supposed to react automatically to his eyes when.

Itachi's mangekyo activated because Kabuto cast Amaterasu with it. Remember, he was still being controlled at that point. Itachi's mangekyo doesn't have Kotoamatsukami, only Shisui has it.

Look at what Nagato says, then look at the bottom of the page. You see Itachi trying to cast Amaterasu, but the crow's eyes responds with Kotoamatsukami and blocks him.

Look at the top left panel. Why would Itachi say that? If he's attacking them on his own will, why would he tell Bee NOT to look at his eyes? Obviously because he can talk on his own, but his body and his jutsus are controlled by someone else, Kabuto.
