So Kamui is cancelled out.

Kakashi is a very powerfull shinobi, he can solo almost all the narutoverse with his recent feats, but exactly obito is the one that he can't kamui, so no, obito > kakashi

no simply obito has bounds more chakra than kakashi.....so kakashi would lose.....but if the ms took less chakra or kakashi had more chakra then he could probably beat obito

Obito wins, everyone's argument for Kakashi soloing everyone in narutoverse is Kamui....well that's exactly what he can't do to Obito. And the more he tries to use it, the faster he runs out of chakra.

Obito is a Rikudō who can use Mokuton or rip out Kakashi's soul by simply using Ningendō. The latter is still stronger even without the Mangekyō Sharingan.

i don't know about about that being a factor anymore because kakashi was prepared when he saw the jinjuriki's had Rinnegan. chapter 567 page 12 gai states that they had made a plan for all of pains abilities ergo: Rinnegan therefore kakashi would be able to contest Rinnegan.
