At the age of eleven, none of these would have had enough training or experience to take down Kakashi. Bee would only recently have become a Jinchuuriki, Nagato would have barely ended (or begun, not quite sure of the timeline here) training with Jiraiya, Kimimaro would have inferior taijutsu (eleven-year-old versus Gai's chosen Rival?), Bloodline control, and no Curse Seal.

Seems to be the most likely candidate, not least because of Jiraiya's reaction when he imagined Nagato's growth rate through the years (HOLY CRAP BETTER GET SERIOUS). But still, at this point Nagato has been doing friendly sparring for three years. Kakashi's been fighting in wars for at the VERY LEAST 13. I just can't see him winning.
