The presumption is that he can't. Obito mastered his jutsu and he could do whatever he wants but that doesn't mean you could jump on assumption it would be an easy to summon him. If it wasn't in other dimension then there's no doubt, but...

Even if he could that won't make him equal either. There are just stronger characters than Naruto.

Which are - Hashirama and Madara - those are 2 chars on a whole different Level to Naruto

there was no page in the Manga hinting that it is not possible , as it is a Space/Time technique

Well, killer bee and naruto got raped by Nagato last time they fought, even if it was KM. Naruto can get absorbed like killer bee got, and all of Naruto's jutsus will get absorbed by preta path so no, naruto is not 'way' or past him.

The thing is, There have been a lot of upgrades, Power ups to Naruto - and At this point, If they Fight again - Naruto will know everything that is Coming - and will have a variation of Counters

Obito does not have Sensing abilities - It is not about sensing. It was not said that obito sensed where minato is and just teleported there

Maybe he had information ? - Maybe he just knew ?

and him teleporting to the Frog country will not really do any good - Naruto would Intend to keep fighting him, Reverse-Summoning is simply a counter

Really? The guy was like 14 years old, I'm pretty sure he didn't know if Minato could switch dimensions with FTG. Besides, few characters have a summoning contract, although most main characters do so it gives us the impression that's it's a common technique. Right now, in Konoha, only Tsunade, Naruto, Kakashi and Gai are known to summon animals.

Yes he can, because summoning is another S/T ninjutsu that instantly transports a target into a void into the spot of which the user wants the target to appear.. It's just a reverse motion of what I just stated above.. So yes he could.

If what you're saying is true.. then all minato would have to do after getting warped into tobi's dimension, is ftg out....Making tobi the most retarded villian in the narutoverse... which he is not...

When Kakashi used kamui to warp out... Tobi said.."You got out .... we have the same eyes afterall" (paraphrasing )
These things lead me to believe that once you're in, you can't get out unless you use his jutsu or kamui(the other eye)

The thing is - He knew what was going to happen afterwards - and Minato escaped it right when his body got warped

Minato never got warped, even obito realized, Minato's s/t activates faster than tobi's ...and because of that he could use his before he was warped into the other dimension...

Tobi was around 15 or so at that time.... And in his own respect was a genius...taught by Madara... You say he wasn't capable of high level calculations? I disagree....he very well knew enough to be able to work his way around konoha, fight anbu's and control the fox...

Minato had FTG and Obito knew that if he sucked him in, he would have beat him (And Obito knows how FTG works).

So I'm gonna say the only way out is either of Obito's Mangekyo Sharingan.

that is true but summoning jutsu works over very long distances, and all....ftg may only be shortranged, because if it is longranged (like country to country) it would be op(which it already is)

i think ftg is more like a flick inside a space time dimension(kinda like in the game portal) and that summoning is more like the summonis pulled inside the dimmension then pulled into the location of the summoner....but that is purely speculative....

reverse summoning i think may work, ....if it cant it has to do with the special properties of the other dimmension....and it would somehow stop prevent s/t techs....
