Technically, but the Hyuga implement no elemental techniques...they should add elements to their style

I'm not saying they just go and use elemental jutsu like firebals...instead implement their element into their techniques...for example Hinata could add wind element to her twin lion fists (Maybee becomes twin dragon fists or something) or Neji could implement lightning into his 64 palms. Maybee a fire style air palm...add elemental abilities to their techniques and they get that much better!
