While making a different thread I noticed something interesting

When Itachi is about to use Amaterasu, his eye bleeds.

One of the previous answers I have been given is it's because he doesn't have EMS, which I understand already. But I thought Edo's had no blood? How can is blood coming out of Itachi's eye when he has none in his system?
