Okay but Sasuke lasted long enough for Haku to slow down. Anyway current Sasuke could blitz Haku before he even gets to use the mirrors.

No now the fight between the two would be very unsided even compared to before. Sasuke managed to blitz Naruto, Gaara, Deidara and Tobi can Haku do any of this?

I see that you are using the term blitz a lot. The last section in my thread specifically talks about blitzing speed. You outta have a look at it.

I think it's all pretty reasonable, I actually read the whole thing unlike some people. It depends what way you look at it, some people say Obito > Minato because Obito can go anywhere without kunai, but if you take into account everything then I think this list makes sense.

Why do yo think that Sasuke should be higher? Haku has shown be be extremely fast with his ice mirrors, and even though sasuke has gotten faster and has matured his sharingan since then, it wouldnt be enough to match Hakus speed in his ice mirrors.

His speed is underestimated on narutobase. No one has beat itachi in speed during a fight.

There is a difference between speed in a 100meter race and speed in a fight. Itachi is a master of the later. U_U
