Sasuke's is the best design wise.

And Madara's is the strongest.

Sasuke has the coolest design by far on his EMS.

In terms of power, it'll have to be either Madara, Itachi or Sasuke. The brothers are kind of equal because Sasuke is way better at using Amaterasu whereas Itachi goes hard with Tsukuyomi.
