something that's been confusing

In the kage summit arc when tobi(obito) spoke to naruto,kakashi and yamato about the sage,jubi,elder son and younger son he told them he wants to be complete, that to me sounds like something the jubi/jubi vessle(aka gedo statue) would say seeing as the gedo statue which was the jubi vessel wasn't complete and even now the jubi isn't complete cause naruto,bee,kakashi and guy made it difficult for obito and madara to get their hands on the 8 and 9 tails so what i'm wondering is when obito as tobi mentioned about wanting to be complete was he possessed by the spirit of the jubi who obviously wanted to be complete.

Well, technically all of the bijuu once had little baby forms (I forget the chapter) sooo, it's not impossible, per se, but I don't think it's probable.
