One cannot be a citizen of Italy and a citizen of a country in the Americas. You're either Italian, Canadian, Mexican, Brazilian or whatever...you cannot be and Italian Mexican or an Italian US citizen...these are impossibilities...just call yourself what you are for crying out loud. xd
