Who has a strong enough seal to seal the Juubi?

Guys,
we all know that Juubi can't be killed and it has to be sealed but who on the battlefield has a jutsu strong enough to seal the Juubi?
Can the Rikudo Jutsu that Naruto used to seal Kurama work on Juubi?


What are your thoughts on who is capable of sealing this legendary beast?

He is already OP is it is already and if Kishi does that then this will be stupid.. There is no was that anyone can defeat a EDO-Madara with the power of the Juubi locked within him.. it is one thing if he is controlling it but to become it's vessel is crazy OP.

Those are exactly my thoughts.. I do believe that only the Uzamaki have sealing jutsu's strong enough to seal the 9 and 10-tails.
