Personally I prefer kansanji
Towsaka can seal stuff yes but we haven't seen it seal anything major it sealed a hydra form of oro (something bigger then his own Susanno) so if he missed he seriously has problems
Then a brainwashed crippled Nagato who wasn't even in control of himself
It seems pretty slow until I c it hit a decent target i render it slow
Not to mention it seems u can't wield it ur self u need some type if spiritual form thin to hold it for u (Susanno)
Kansanji u can wield on its own
It's harder then diamond
It can go through any thing except a Lubbock cloak tho note its strong enough to push it bac extream lengths and not melt like oro snakes did u can give parts of it and stick it in ur clones (how oro did with 10,000 snakes)
It can go at any length and rear tract it just as fast
So personally I feel kansanji > towsaka
