im not saying minato wins hands down BUT i think minato has a high chance of winning. Im not saying minato is top 5 (he's #7 IMO) but he is just a bad match up against kabuto

kabuto's jutsus/abilities: Edo Tensai, Healing, Liquid Form, Flash Paralysis, Body Shed, Sensor/Avoid AND Immune to nearly EVERYTHING

i dont think edo tensai can be used in a 1v1 because it REQUIRES a sacrifice and there is no one to sacrifice if the only people on the field is kabuto and his opponent BUT it doesnt matter for this thread because minato has a counter for even edo tensai

minato's jutsus/abilities: FTG, sealing barrier, food cart destroyer, rasengan, contract seal AND reaper death seal

here is HOW minato counters ALL of kabuto jutsu

edo tensai (if even allowed in a 1v1) - CONTRACT SEAL will fully break kabuto's control over his edos and the edos might even turn against kabuto and began to help minato. Minato can easily touch kabuto and use the contract seal via FTG.

flash paralysis - this just will paralysis minato but not fully paralysis. (itachi was STILL moving while he was under this jutsu) Minato can simply use FTG to escape being kept paralysed

body shedding - this can be a problem for minato to capture kabuto BUT this jutsu takes ALOT of chakra and this WONT happen to minato because he has good reflexes

liquid form- is probably minato's biggest problem BUT kabuto cant rely on this ability forever because minato's rasengan MIGHT be able to vaporize kabuto with rasengan (tbb almost vaporized suigetsu and suigetsu was using this ability while inside the ocean....i bring this up because rasengan and tbb has the affect/formula but on a differnce scale...minato cant use tbb BUT kabuto isnt inside the ocean while use liquid form)

^^^kabuto can also run out of chakra eventually

sensor/avoid - this WONT help kabuto because sensing minato is useless because he can change location instantly with FTG, AND avoiding minato is nearly impossible when he's using the speed of FTG

healing- this doesnt hurt minato....it will help kabuto last longer tho

kabuto's immune system- miinato dont use any special potions or nothing so this ability is useless in this fight

summonings - kabuto can use his snake summon but minato can easily counter it by using food cart destroyer and minato can use space time barrier to counter anything the snake throws at minato

Eh.. feel like you will get major hate for this. Personally i dont think he can handle the amount of edos Kabuto can produce not to mention DSM is pretty OP itself. I dont see him getting past his sound genjutsu.

It makes sense. I never thought that Edo tensei counted toward the user's power anyway and I think people overrate Kabuto just because he almost beat Itachi and Sasuke, when they disregard the fact that he pretty much made himself the perfect uchiha counter but STILL lost.

Kabuto in his prime already has his edo's ready to go, Kabuto does not need to re-do the ritual sense it has already been done.

That's not true. Nature chakra mixes with the user's natural chakra to amplify jutsu, so while nature energy is infinite, chakra, which is necessary to balance the flow and keep him from turning to stone, is not infinite.

Sasuke and Itachi has no intent to kill Kabuto.If they kill Kabuto,Edo Tensei's will be on rampage,no one will release edo.

As you are still slightly mobile while in his genjutsu, Minato can teleport out of range to escape it, as Kabuto does not have Itachi's genjutsu range or ability to mask the genjutsu to the surrounding environment. Those two reasons are the only way minato get's caught in genjutsu.

I did read however it is a little bit easier said than done. Not to mention Kabuto isnt exactly slow either anymore. Hes not FTG fast, but he can dodge Minato's base speed attacks and i dont believe Kabuto is going to let any of Minato's kunai anywhere near him.
