Yh the sage removing most of the hatred from the juubi and having 6 tomoes around his neck as a burden of hatred makes sense because if you think of it. The juubi's power goes up to 9 tomoes and the sage removed 6 (most of it) The uchiha can only go up to 3 tomoes, which makes sense because the sage removed 6 from the 9 which would only leave 3.
For the uchiha to gain more power after 3 this is were they have to start doing "rituals" such as killing their best friends and their siblings to gain more power.
This is because they don't have normal excess to this power as the sage removed and banished it from the eyes.

Ahh I love it! For a guy who argued against me so sternly I am surprised to see you think the Sage could have some Uzumaki origins (even in you believe he started the clan). Great job though, I think you know which theory I agree with.

Ya I like ur theories ... U explained The origins of all the dojutsus ... Hats Off bro ... Ill Make it the theory 6 .... I am trying to write ur theory in points .... So That it is easy To Explain
Ik ... From my point of View he parallels the Younger Son in his abalities .... N he wont parrelal the sage ... he will be his successor in a true sense and finish his unfinished task Of Bringing Peace to shinobi world

One idea I have stumbled upon (and it is pretty out there, let me make that clear). But since I have put my foot in the ground on the SO6P=an Uzumaki, it has made me think about the importance of the two sons, and that chain of hatred they represent. And how you are right, that relationship COULD be downplayed in a way, if my theory holds true. I talked to some one about this and we began to think of the Senju and Uchiha carefully. So where do their abilities originate?
The Uchiha: Sure, we know they come from the older son, but where do his powers come from? I believe, as many others do, that their power originate from the Juubi, as we have seen it eye is basically a "Sharinnengan" (popular term on here). So the juubi is heavy with yin charka. Also, I don't think its a coincidence the Uchiha always seem to be represented by the moon(but thats another topic). Anyway, I think many have come to the conclusion that in some way the Uchiha get there visual prowess from the Juubi.
The Senju This is where it gets weird, but stay with me. Many will argue that Mokuton is not really a "senju" thing, but I disagree, while only one Senju was able to do it, I still submit that it is an ability unique to the Senju. Whenever people steal Uchiha eyes it seems to have been for their genjutsu, MS abilites, visual prowess and whenever people steal Senju DNA it seems to have been for the Wood Release and chakra control. Anyway, the point I am trying to make is that Wood Release is exclusively Senju. So why is this important? Well what is Wood Release? At it's core, it is the ability to control Nature or use it to your advantage. And why is this important? Well we have seen that the Juubi, in a way, IS NATURE. It is just a big ball of natural chakra, so I believe it could be argued that it is Nature personified.
So then the idea surfaces (and I am NOT saying I believe this). But, is it possible that the Uchiha AND Senju's powers BOTH originate from the Juubi? It's visual prowess is obvious to the Uchiha, but its own Natural life force and its origins from nature seem to reflect the Senju as well. In fact, is the idea of Wood Release not odd? Where does that even come from and why would we believe it to originate from the Sage?
The conclusion:
So basically, my point, after all this ranting. Is that the power of the Sage everyone has been trying to achieve, is the power of the Juubi. That the two sons, the Senju and Uchiha, both get their powers from the Juubi. The Uchiha its eyes and the Senju, yes, it's body. So by combining the Senju and Uchiha, one is really putting together the power of the Juubi. The Sage, as I have so mentioned, is only an Uzumaki and was the perfect host for this power, as all Uzumaki are. That is how he became a god-like figure, sealing the Juubi inside himself.
I dont agree with this theory, just something a friend and I thought about. What I believe gives it some merit is the recent chapters actually. We have learned that the Juubi really doesnt have emotions, it is not good nor evil. What's weird though, is that while in Gedo Mazou form it did have evil intentions (as Naruto pointed out). So that evidences the fact there is some sort of split in the Juubi, why was the Mazou's intentions suddenly vanquished when the Juubi was summoned? This could explain the cycle of hatred between the Senju and Uchiha, the differing views.
One problem with this obviously, is why do both sons represent the Juubi and not the Sage? Well, one explaination could be that the Sage did indeed split the Juubi up.
Its body-the moon
Its chakra- the tailed beasts
Its eyes-the older son (Juubi's "evil" intentions")
Its life force- the younger (Juubi's "good" intentions)
Disclaimer:I do NOT support this theory for there is not nearly enough evidence. Just an idea. All good ideas start from getting thoughts on paper.
