Two Kinkaku was in s thoughtless rage, and only has a minuscule portion of Kurama's chakra.

Part of it is Obito's great will power, but it isn't like the technique is all that strong....it was only used on Kinkaku for just a second just as it was on Obito

This is debatable though, they may only be controlling its movements. Remember, those shown to have absorbed natural energy without any training were turned to stone.
