My previous avatar request thread basically failed due to the image i wanted but also nobody takes this section seriously, perhaps doing what these new members do, by putting their name in the title might catch the eye

Anyway id like somebody to help me out with this image. Basically is there a way to decrease the size of the gif (use it as an avatar), but also get rid of the background.
