How would you use the sticky Ice technique in an active battle.
Well To trap the opponent basically and the two techs are being updated so you will have plenty of ways to use them once you see the new effects of it
I will use them with ice release Jutsu giving me infinite amount of stickiness lol and since the opponent is stuck I can use whatever Jutsu I want against him as long as they are water/wind/ice and try using this on an opposing village
