i think there are two possibilities.
1. he really have some awesome tech, which is doubtful, since when did he learn it? if he does have it, it may from the previous conversation with other juubi, and it might bring some trouble to madara and obito.
2. he is just trolling. kurama said to buy some time, thus he is acting as he has found new tech.

i believe 612 will change scene to sasuke and oro. what do you think?

I agree he didn't have time to learn it. OTOH Naruto usually doesn't bluff like that sooooo..... I don't know ('^_^)

About Sasuke and Oro, I think they're done with this arc. There story will probably be the catalyst for the next arc. But that's just what I think :3
