Madara's Magatama showed it could scratch the Golem's head. Sure, it was defended additionally be Gaara's Sand Mom, but that was ALL the damage suffered, and Madara is more proficient with Magatama than Sasuke.

We already seen Mokuton turn, Onoki rock Golem to rubble. Sasuke Arrows already pierced through Mokuton easy. A Chidori could blow a huge part of the golem off. I see Sasuke four Susano'o arms ripping that Golem in half.

Arrows are actually not that powerful. Look at how little they pierce the bridge and the stalagmites. Couldn't be bothered to find pics of the Danzo or Kabuto fight, but it's true. Their speed is insane, but I'm not sure they'd be much more powerful than Madara's Susano'o clones. I figure they could chip away at the Golem, and if Sasuke knows or can discover Oonoki's location, he can eventually break through. If not, I figure the Golem's got this.

Yeah I see what you're talking about, and they could chip away at it, or maybe Sasuke's Susanoo can use Brute Force to try to get through, the main problem for the Golem is that I don't see how it can get through Susanoo.

The Rock Golem has never actually been used offensively except against Zetsu. I guess we don't know how powerful it is, but if it's durable enough to survive Susano'o easily enough, presumably it could damage Susano'o if healing the constructs are disallowed.
