I am sure hashirama is better at controlling mokuton than madara meaning he has a chance to bind Naruto successfully

You have got no proof if anything madara's moktun is better since he is a rikudou{senju+uchiha) which has better chakra quality than a senju alone. And even if it's stronger naruto would still escape like it did.

naruto hasnt blitzed any opponent thats demi-god tier. he never will as a matter of fact so i dont know why people say he will blitz when the manga disagrees with the notion of his speed being of any threat to top tiers.

hashirama already countered tbb and everything that kyuubi can do at VOTE while fighting madara. this match isnt even close nor will hashirama even be pushed to use his full power.

Hashirama takes this easily. Naruto fans should keep one thing in mind: Marada is not going at Naruto with an intent to kill. He needs the tailed beasts for the full Juubi. Are you talking about EMS Madara who is not Edo? I think it would be hell of a fight. Clash between Perfect Susanoo and full Bijuu form would be mayhem for both of them, thats for sure. Hopefully, we will be able to see something very similar if Sasuke will develop his own PS.

As for the thread, I consider them a shinobis of the same power tier, but Hashirama wins it simply becuase he can supress Narutos powers.

You've yet to explain how Hashirama defeats Naruto because i'm not seeing it, wood dragon which is the best(based on it's previous success and Madara chosing it after saying he's serious) technique to restrain/suppress the kyuubi's chakra has already failed to stop Naruto. Flower tree world isn't cutting it either since it can be destroyed and the pollen wouldn't stop Naruto since he can move out of range and nuke the area and possibly be in full biju mode and be above the affected area since it was enough for Gaara to hover Naruto sitting at the top of the kyuubi would be similar.

In the manga there are certain things that don't happen for the sake of plot, just because kishi won't have Naruto blitz an important opponent doesn't mean he can't.

Hashirama hasn't countered tbb that's your assumption a bit hypocritical when you were claiming Naruto can't blitz top tiers because it hasn't been shown but you assume Hashi can stop a tbb even though it hasn't been shown. It doesn't even matter what happened at VOTE because he's not against the kyuubi but Naruto who's a lot stronger than just the bijuu and has a completely different fighting style.

Anyway for your question, hype wise, i believe Naruto Full Bijuu form is stronger simply because Madara stated that his PS "only" rivals with a Tailed Beast and Kurama is the strongest one. Also, Madara used Kurama against Hashirama when he had PS. It shows that his PS is limited. Hashirama even recognised that Kurama's power is too strong after the fight. Featwise BM Naruto was able to tank the Juubi's laser blast(strongest being that ever existed). One small BijuuDama is enough to destroy a mountain just like PS sword, but BM Naruto's BM was as strong as 5Bijuudamas combined by 5Tailed Beasts. I think that normally BM Naruto should have the upper hand. Now it's possible that Kishi would make this an even match if they had to fight since he wants to show us that Madara is invincible(he even said that in an interview)

I agree. Moreover, Bijuu form has more limbs (tails) which could be very usefull in fight like that. Basically, Naruto could use them to bind PS, preventing it from both attacking or defending. They are ridiculously strong after all, as only one of Kuramas tails was able hold in place nother Bijuu.
