Why cant Obito or Madara use it... its seems op to me... one touch and u are gone
Maybe only Nagato could use it because it seems to me that is some kind of seal.. that seals away ur soul.. And we all know that Uzumaki have the best sealing jutsus
so I'm asking ... Can only Nagato use this jutsu because he is Uzumaki or Obito and Madara can perform it too... with the Mazo...
This jutsu is badass.. and too op its even better then the death reaper seal because it doesnt come with his side effects
Can it be because of both reasons.. being Uzumaki and from gedo mazo.... Or that jutso is coming just from gedo mazo

I think Madara and Obito can use it, as it comes from the Gedo Mazo, and only those with the Rinnegan can properly control it.

Now since Nagato's Rinnegan is actually from Madara, and Obito's Rinnegan is also from Madara (since he took it from Nagato after he died), it would seem logical that they can use it too.

I'm guessing that they haven't used it simply because they have chosen not to use it so far in the manga.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say I don't think that technique can be used ANYMORE. Since the Gedo Mazo transformed into the Juubi, I don't think it is any longer the Gedo Mazo, since the Gedo Mazo was just an empty vessel which became full and once again transformed to the Juubi.

In essence, I do think Madara and/or Obito would be able to use the technique, but something tells me both Madara and Obito knew it wouldn't work against Naruto + Gang, or it would be a waste of time/chakra/trying, etc...

Also, Hanzo dodges it with a simple Body-Flicker Tech./Shunshin No Jutsu:

well, I don't think they want to use it, because after Nagato did it, he got stabbed by those chakra receivers, and it ****ed with his body pretty bad, that's why he's forced to fight using the paths.

Correction, the rinnegan is from Izuna. AKA superfodder
