Whos faster Guy or Kakashi ?

Just something I want to make sure of.
Who is faster Base Guy or Kakashi ?
Guy obviously is faster with the Gates but I want to know what people think about base speed.

I think Guy is slightly faster in terms of base speed.

Base speed, I think Kakashi takes this. He was able to beat Guy without the Sharingan and to me it kind of seemed like he did it through Taijutsu. Gai with 8 gates rapes Kakshi speed wise though

Gai is a bit faster than Kakashi in base, he has 5 in speed and Kakashi has 4.5.

That race was anime-only and therefore non-canon. Guy has never been shown to wear "heavy metal in his leg" (They are called weights xd)
