It is NOT just the collecton of all the bijuu's chakra. The least thing needed is the gedo mazo, why else would it exist?
Without the mazo, naruto can never become juubi jinchuriki.

the Juubi is is the embodiment souce beginning and progenitor of ALL things that exists in naruto, we got threads saying oh how could juubi be chakra if he has natural energy, he cant be compared him to a human being who could have certain limited things, he is sum of all things thus all things comes from him and he possess them all. chakra, nature, dojutsus, every single thing,
