This consists of one-on-one battles, if Superman wins he advances to the next Demon.

Personally I don't believe he could take out the Juubi based purely on their sources of power. Superman is powered by the SUN. The Juubi is powered by the stored bio-energy of EVERY LIVING THING IN THE WORLD, and in the Narutoverse, animals and plants seem to have a higher amount of energy than on any iteration of Earth.

Superman has wildly varying power levels: He can sneeze galaxies to pieces, and be beaten by the likes of Doomsday or Batman. I figure he's at roughly modern-day levels, which means joyful moon-busting is too much for him.

Well IIRC reboot Supes is faaaaaaaaaaaaar weaker than any other more common version. If we're talking recency then he gets raped but that's obvious.

Since OP didn't specify which Superman this is then we should assume it is Superman at his strongest point.
