1. Attacked a Kage meeting, and killed many Samurai. Yes, it's in self defense, but he shouldn't of been there anyway, they we're doing right to fight Sasuke off.

2. Attacked a Kage rank Shinobi, even if he blew himself up and everything, he still attacked him. That's like shooting the president, but it misses, does that mean your not convicted of anything?

3. Joined Akatsuki. THIS IS A HUGE CRIME.

4. Attacked Cloud and attempted to sedate and kill the Bijuu of Cloud. Extracting means Bee would die.

ok i've read teh first two pages and to start with ninja die on the battle field rin was one of those ninja during a time of war if she was a spy kakashsi options where, kill her and stop kiri from gaining info taht could have his village blown up or let her life for being an old friend and let her live, kabuto a spy was also put on the kill lost tahst why anko was hunting him, same goes for kabuto when he was in the hidden stone and they found him out thus in the ninja world spying is punishable by death.

2nd sasukes crimes since the begining

left hidden leaf village ( not so bad since at this point he has done only betray which tsuande allowed to slip)
injuired and nearly killed naruto ( an attack against a shinobi on teh leaf, had he succed i doubt even tsuande would have forgiven him but once again nothing that bad)
joining akatsuki ( akatsuki is an s class criminal organization which each village has been fighting against since begining of part 2 and alittle before thus he's an enemy)
attacking shinobi of kumo ( killed J placed a genjutsu on some cloud ninja tried to kill bee the jinchuuriki and a's bother worse of all his crimes and reason why nhe can't be forgiven)
killed samurai ( still counts as death you saw the way tehy were stabbed that was pure murder)
toke the raikages arm
destroyed land in the land of iron
invaded the land of iron a neatual party whom all villages have agreed not to attack by taking sauske back it would n be an insult to them.

bottom line sauske dies in the end of this or survives as a criminal there is no return

Who has sasuke really ever killed?

1) he didnt kill deidara, he blew himself up and dediara attacked him first anyway
2) didnt kill those samurai, he only wounded them critically and spared them their lives
3) Didnt kill Itachi.... Itachi planned that whole fight out and even fell to his own death
4) didnt kill danzo, danzo blew himself up
5) only really killed zetsu clones but everyone has done that.....

Danzo was already a criminal when Sasuke killed him so that wouldn't be a crime plus he already helped stop Edo Tensei adn Ohnoki already stated whoever did that was a hero.
