-Speed: 3rd Raikage > Kakashi
-Strength(depend on ninja): 3rd Raikage > KaKashi
**so sum up the result is
Hell Stab: One-Finger Nukite > Raikiri



Note: This is not 3rd raikage vs kakashi thread but it is jutsu comparison thread.

Give Raikiri to Raikage and hellstab to Kakashi, Raikage's raikiri would be still stronger than Kakashi's hellstab.

it's just a name and lightening cutter is lightening jutsu like hell stab too. we can't judge which one is stronger since we never see it clash each other but for the power level! the hell stab is stronger(the damages it gives to the victims or things)
