kimamaro vs neji

At first i was thinking lee was the only person to have surpassed kimamaro in the k11 but then i believe neji actually has a chance on taking him 1 on 1.. Both of them been close range fighters and both of them having great defence system.. (rotation and bones) though it might seem impossible to get to kimamaro but if neji could manipulate kimamaro's chakra points then the tides could change in favour of neji anyway i'd like to hear your thoughts on this... And again both shinobi's are ready for battle, and both of them has no intel on each other... And lastly there's no nearby help....

64 palms downs kimimaro in no time. covering your body in bones doesnt stop your chakra points from being sealed, and none of Kimimaros attacks are near strong enough to put neji down or over power his rotation.
