Yes, after he beat the Juubi, he could use CT. Then he sealed the Juubi's body.

surviving a fight with kurama does not mean you have incredible life force lol it just means you can fight well

where does it state minato had strong chakra...as a matter of fact it only states that about kushina and naruto

it states that minato is a namekaze...
