Interesting thought. Kekkei Touta seems to be learnable if you're skilled enough, and Kakashi certainly is.

He wouldn't use the Tsuchikage version though. His would be Water, Earth, Lightning (not Fire). I wonder what its properties would be....

Nope, it's in your blood. You can't learn a KG nor a KT. Even if you would know all the elements, if you don't have the bloodline, you can't start mixing them. It's as simple as that. If you have the KG/KT, logically someone can train you in mastering it, but if you don't have one, even if you have all the elements needed for it, then no you will not be able to get a KT.

Not to mention even in the case Kakashi somehow would have a KT, what the hell would Kurama know about that?

If Kakashi would have had a KT, he would have learned to use it a long time ago as you don't even need to know a single thing about the elements of which a KG/KT is composed of to use it. That was clearly shown by Haku who could use ice when he was a child, long before he was even trained to be a shinobi and had any knowledge of water and wind. As far as I can remember he never even used wind jutsu's. Oonoki only used Dust and Earth jutsu's so far, not a single time a fire jutsu and neither I think a wind jutsu.

So no Kakashi does not have a Kekei Touta nor would Kurama teach it to him. Never say never, but the chance he would have it are almost zero and everything you said has no real relevance to him having him a Kekei Touta or not. So it's nothing more than a possibility like there are millions of possibilities simply because there isn't really something that proves for a 100% it's impossible, but that doesn't make it not even in the least remotely possible.

That's the case with the Kekkei Genkai, certainly. But there is a case for it being wrong concerning Kekkei Touta.

Muu and Oonoki are the only confirmed Kekkei Touta users, and don't seem to be AT ALL related. Just LOOK at them:

Kekkei Touta need to be trained, unlike Kekkei Genkai. They are very different things in both potency and method, and as such I believe they may be learnable. Haku used ice instinctively, as when he killed his father, but Oonoki has to concentrate before EVERY use even YEARS after learning the techniques.

Incorrect, Kakashi has never used fire in manga which is canon. Also when he talked Naruto about elements he mentioned he has mastery of three(Earth, Lightning, Water).
