I'd say Izanami is pretty overpowered, way more than Tsukuyomi. It doesn't even appear to need eye to eye contact to execute.

Naah, it's fairly possible to counter (eye-contact, separate person disabling it) and it's both stressful on the body and not especially fast.

And it just doesn't compare to Fuuton: Sennen Goroshi! NeverMIND the Raiton variation.
