Shuji spots her and just stops, watching her. She was the most beautiful creature in existence, not counting Luna. And he was lucky enough that she was his. He smiles wist-fully, wondering how he could be so lucky.

Misa: *has a feeling someone's watching her and turns around to see Shuji* Oh, hey! How long were you there? *jumos off of building and lands next to him*

"I was just here for a minute. I couldn't help myself, but to stare. You're just so beautiful." He kisses her, gently stroking her hair.

Shuji shakes his head. "I could smell you. I knew you were fine." He looks at the moon. "I should go check on Luna. She's probably worried. She's very protective." Shuji smiles. "Honestly, you'd think I was dating her. She's very close to me." He starts walking toward his house, holding Misa's hand. "I worry about her sometimes. At least she won't die of old age, at least, unless I do. It would probably be a battle that kills us. But if we do survive, ninken live as long as humans, so I won't be alone." Looks at Misa. "No offence."

Looks at Misa, her white eyes seeming to glow in the moonlight. "But you are the most important human to me, love. Nothing will change that."

Shuji nods, then listens, hearing Luna barking. He starts laughing. "Well. I was right. She's been worried about me." He shakes his head. "Well, good night, love." He kisses her, then walks backward toward his house, just looking at Misa.

Shuji enters his house and runs to Luna. "Hey, girl, what's up?" *Bark, bark, bark.* "Really? Nice. I'm glad you're better. I was in a fight earlier. I should have come for you before running off, but Misa...." *Bark, bark.* Shuji nods. "Yes, ma'am." He hugs her and lays down next to her, going to sleep with a smile on his face.

Shuji wakes up with Luna's leg on his chest. He smiles, and lifts it off, going outside to get some training in. "I wonder where I should meet Misa today?"
