Minato would be a horrible opponent.
If you don't know he uses FTG, and seal marks, then you won't even know what hit u. One second he is in front of you, another second he is behind u with a kunai behind your neck. GAME OVER.

Another is muu. Who will want to fight someone you can't see or sense, and during all this he is flying in the sky. Its just insane and his moves are one hit KO.

Another is hashirama. Wouldn't want to fight someone that can pop trees from under my feet at anytime and put me to sleep. And he would tank any of my attacks with automatic healing.

If i were a sannin level ninja in NV,then i would create my own team(organization) of several members that voluntarily were gifted by all villages,to create love betn villages and avoid civil and village wars that were frequently waged be4 this war.
