Most Improved K11 member(Besides Naruto)

IMO the most improved K11 memeber besides Naruto is out of Shikamaru or Neji.

I can't fully come to decision so who would you say it is?
Explain why
If you think that its neither one of them explain why and who you think it is.

I say Shikamaru and Neji only because of their intelligence.

Well I can't really explain in detail as I don't think they have enough screen time for any character development but I'd go with Sakura as she shown the most development!

She was actually above average in Part 1, just looked down upon by the other "monsters". But after the TS she received praise from plenty of high level ninja.

The War: Choji - Butterfly Mode is pretty dang powerful. The fact that he can do it without the pills is amazing.

Neji improved? lol, how do you know that? All what i remember concerning Neji is his part1 feats. The one who improved the most is probably Choji. His Butterfly mode is really powerful

Drakengard is a mind reader.

Sakura is the obvious one who improved the most since she was extremely weak in part 1 but now is quite strong.

Chouji too improved tremendously and he wasn't too good in part 1 either. Shikamaru got a lot of character development but power wise, he is still lacking although he got more techniques requiring shadows.

@OP: How can you say Neji has been the most improved member when he barely got any screen time in part 2?

Well since the K11 has been practically absent it basically is Sakura. She went from nearly useless to a decent fighter and great medic. All the other members haven't recieved enough time to really say. If not her than Choji as he went from just being s decoy to a main battlefield contender!

Absolutely sucks that Team Kurenai hasn't even had a single battle -.- Hinata, Kiba, and Shino need to shine somehow.....buuuuut that time has practically ended because of the Juubi being retardedly OP.....Kishi said everyone was going to shine in the war, but I don't see him fulfilling that promise for those three :'(

Sakura definetly improved the most, just because neji, Shino, or rocklee are the strongest doesnt mean they improved the most.

Last would be Lee and Kiba I have seen basically NOOO new feats from them.

I'll have to go with the two girls Sakura and Hinata <3 lol . But with neji being as powerful as he was in part I of the show you'd think that in part II he would've got more screentime from Kishi. But Hinata and Sakura both went from people who couldnt defend themselves and was a weigh down to their teams to two respected shinobi with great powers and potential from both.
Another notable mention is Choji.
