Why i think Tsunade wont die; NOTE: im not fanboying XD

okay, people have been saying that Tsunade is about to die, but something tells me that it isn't her time yet.
here are some of my reasons:

1. In the 591st episode of the manga, Dan said to Tsunade "not to come for another while" just yet.
This somehow tells me that Tsunade is not gonna "go" anywhere soon.

2. I have also read people saying that Tsunade apparently has the "death flag" after we saw her cut in half as a result of Madara's jutsu.
However, i think that she has a big possibility of surviving because it seems Katsuyu is capable of sticking her back together. Furthermore, that seal in her forehead is still there which basically means that she's still got quite a lot of chakra to spare. .thats in episode 601.

3. Notice how Kishi wants his Hokage's to die in a heroic and glorious kinda way??
The Third died battling the First, the Second, and Orochimaru all by himself and they displayed quite a showdown of jutsus. We also saw this when the **Fourth died, and we were introduced to a totally different level and kind of jutsu (the **fourth's speed, teleportation and sealing jutsus were just AWESOME) though we only saw it in a flashback setting. i believe everyone would agree that even Jiraiya's death can be considered one of the series' best fight scenes and jutsu showdown so far... Somehow, I didn't see the same pattern with Tsunade's fight with Madara. In fact, we haven't seen anything of her "final moments" at all!! lol. All we saw was the scene right after Tsunade's fight with Madara. If Tsunade does die, the only reason why i would be disappointed is that she didn't die in a heroic and glorious kinda way like all the other Hokages, as if she weren't worth it.

4. Some say that it's really Tsunade's time to go because it's the only way for Naruto to ascend to the Hokage title.
this, i believe, is crap.xd
I mean, yea sure Naruto has gotten REALLY strong lately, but i don't think he's ready. He's got a lot to learn before he is able to lead a whole village by himself. You could say "well Gaara did just fine being the kazekage, why not let Naruto be Hokage??". Well, let's face it. Gaara is strong AND smart. Naruto, on the other hand, is still quite...reckless, sort of immature even(hahaha, but that's probably why we love him so much). Also, as long as Kakashi is alive I don't think Naruto will get the title because Kakashi has far more experience, leadership skills and not to mention connections than Naruto.




Well, i guess that's all it. sorry for the very long thread. please let me know what YOU think..

I would agree with many of your arguments as reasonable, bit the one thing I'm not sure about was whem she said she could still save the others....really made it sound like she was about to perform her last miracle. Healing the Kages while cut in half is easily a heroic death on Jiraiya's level (though Jiraiya's is still better).

But you never know....it could end up being a career ending injury st the best....obviously the worst is death :'(.

EDIT: Just reread my post and realized it is kinda negative....I'll go ahead and say i would like her to live so she can see Naruto become Hokage since Jiraiya didn't get to XD

why? wouldn't it be better if she showed why she is worthy of being a sannin and a hokage BEFORE she dies? i mean that would be better you know. XD

You make some huge flaws, though..

1. Heroic way: Tsunade uses her last chakra/life force to heal / save the other 4 kages. Pretty heroic.

2. After she does this, she will have her so called "Final Moments".

I do, however, believe that she needs to say her last words to Sakura and Naruto. Especially Naruto. He doesn't realize how much he means to her. But this could even be done later through some "in case of death in war"-letter. Anyhow I agree that she might not die yet, but your reasoning isn't very good.
