Ch. 467 pg 14 is where Obito tells that the SO6P developed a ninjutsu to rid the world of the juubi

Jiraiya talks about a legend he had heard about Obito was talking about what he read on the stone tablet and the ninjutsu the Sage of Sixpaths developed was the sealing jutsu and by sealing the tentails inside of him self he save the world and that justsu is still being handed down today ofcourse thats how he got the Rinnegan the tentails is the source of the sharingan/rinnegan the tentails has them both mixed together as you can see

Well as for me.i never knew abt the gaining of rinnegan through 10 tails in naruto anime.just hrd from u fan boys.actually he did have rinnegan from the start.he was the man of profecy.he was god and none will be god without special features,he was peace seeker and teached evry1 to bring peace but they vary it with their thinkings.

2.tobi said that before rikoudu became a god,he was a mortal.he got the rinnegan from the juubi,but people say he had rinnegan before sealing juubi,but he only had a perfect body and was adept at fuinjutsu,because i dont see how the bijuu inherits the jinchuriki instead of the other way round
