1. Mito... common men she is Badass... having the ability to seal the 9-tails within herself. X_X badassness right there. And also I think she had control of 9-tails chakra to some extent.

4. Toka Senju... well little is known about her. But for someone to be renowned around the world for her prowess of genjutsu .. while the best of the uchiha clan was around.. is something badass. And she was close related to the first hokage. And I assume she was the third strongest after tobirama?? Because she was standing right next to tobirama.
